Stupid Birds

You see a lot of pigeons while running through cities and will invariably almost step on one or two as they waddle out of your way. It always delighted me that city pigeons would waddle out of the way when they were perfectly capable of flying as it seemed the ultimate insult-- "You are a nuisance, not important enough to warrant taking flight."

I spent a lot of time on runs contemplating pigeon thoughts.
